Founder and Managing Director of Breal CM, Nathan McQueen is a qualified credit management professional with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Nathan started his career in Credit Management with large corporates. He then gained extensive experience in the corporate restructuring market working alongside the big 4 Accountancy Practices. Nathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, R3 and TMA. In 2018, Nathan joined Breal Group to create a complete debt recovery and credit management offering for businesses, Restructuring Professionals and Asset Based Lenders. In his spare time, Nathan is a passionate martial arts Black Belt and has competed nationally and internationally.

Tim started his career in Credit Insurance and Political Risk supporting multinational businesses and asset-based lenders. His career then moved into more sales driven management roles in the field of outsourced credit management and financial software. In these roles, he supported and consulted to large corporates and banks across the world. In his 40’s Tim took on a new challenge to become a Paralympic canoeist and has represented his country and won medals internationally. This life changing journey has taught Tim about mental and physical wellbeing. Sharing this knowledge and insight is a passion project of Tim’s and he provides workshops to companies and individuals across all areas of human performance. Tim’s role of CEO at Breal CM focuses on driving the strategy of the business enabling the company to be at the forefront of their market place bringing new and exciting solutions to its clients.
Having worked within the commercial credit management sector for 25 years, Sarah has successfully turned around the cash flow fortunes and provided innovative solutions for a range of businesses of varying sizes. With hands-on experience in delivering complex solutions for difficult situations, she has become a trusted partner of lenders and professional advisors, including Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners. Sarah is skilled in identifying cash flow bottlenecks and communicating with clients in a direct, honest, and professional way to best resolve complex issues openly. Where clients demand transparency and the need to protect their reputation, Sarah seeks to understand the culture and ethos of the business prior to delivering specially tailored solutions. In her personal life, Sarah is a passionate walker with her Yorkshire Terrie, Fozzie, since she lives on the coast and has recently taken up painting.
